For U.S. and international shipping destinations, please place your order on our global website at strike-mvmnt.com.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 11am PST are processed within 24-hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day.

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Order processing time may vary due to the availability of merchandise.

Once an order has been shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4-business days, please contact orders@strike-mvmnt.com.

Orders placed on or before long weekends or during seasonal sales and holiday promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day may take additional processing and shipping transit time due to increased volume. Please allow up to 4-business days for order processing during these busy periods.

We offer free delivery on all Canadian orders over $100.

Orders are shipped UPS Standard, FedEx Ground or Canada Post, depending on Postal Code. Expedited shipping options are available and calculated at checkout.

Please provide a secure shipping address to receive deliveries. STRIKE MVMNT is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address. 

Shipments returned to STRIKE MVMNT as undeliverable will incur additional shipping fees to resend, original shipping fees will not be refunded and may incur a restocking fee.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link where you can track the shipments progress online.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Not at this time. If you input a PO Box address at checkout your order manages to process in our system, this will cause delays. You will be required to provide a physical address for us to send your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide. For all orders shipping outside of Canada please shop our global website strike-mvmnt.com

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
If you need to make a change to your order please email orders@strike-mvmnt.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, then we will happily help accommodate a change. however we cannot make any adjustments to an order after it has been fulfilled and shipped.

HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING AT STRIKE-MVMNT.CA?
Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders that exceed $100 after promotions are applied and before taxes.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is not as expected. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN POLICY

For online orders purchased from www.strike-mvmnt.com, www.strike-mvmnt.ca or in-person at a STRIKE MVMNT retail location or pop-up, we accept merchandise returns on items that are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact.

You have 28-days from the ship date of your order to return full priced items in their original condition for a refund.

·     Full priced items to items discounted by >25%may be returned for a refund.
·     Items discounted by 25% - 49% may be returned for a store credit only.
·     Items discounted by 50% or more may not be returned and are a final sale.

We accept merchandise returns within 28-days from order ship date on items that are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags and packaging intact. Any returned item(s) must be in a "sellable condition". Free of dirt, stains, scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells. All garments and footwear must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached and/or shoebox.

·     Full priced items to items discounted by >25%may be returned for a refund.
·     Items discounted by 25% - 49% may be returned for a store credit only.
·     Items discounted by 50% or more may not be returned and are a final sale.

The shoe box must also be returned in its original state for your return to be accepted. Please do not mark, damage or use the shoe box as external packaging when shipping it back.

All returns must have an RA# (Return Authorization #) assigned prior to being shipped back. Returned items that do not have an RA# will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or store credit will not be granted.

We guarantee the quality of every STRIKE MVMNT product. If any product fails due to manufacturers defect, we will replace it. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by negligence, improper care or accident.

Your refund or store credit will be issued after we receive and process your return. The assessment of the condition of the item(s) is at the discretion of STRIKE MVMNT. 

Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs and/or duties paid are non-refundable

STRIKE MVMNT monitors returns to identify potential misuse. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing our policies.

To register your return and receive your RA# please email hello@strike-mvmnt.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return in the subject line.

We will reply within 48-hours with your RA# and shipping instructions.

All Cyber Monday & Black Friday Sale items that have been marked down by 25% - 60% off and are non-refundable. *Items discounted between 25% - 49% may be returned for a store credit or exchanged for a different size within 28-days of receiving your order. Items discounted by 50% off + and/or marked as a Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. *See Return Policy for full return eligibility requirements.

CAN I APPLY THE CYBER MONDAY OR BLACK FRIDAY DISCOUNTS TO A PREVIOUS ORDER?

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE OR PROMOTIONAL OFFER ON ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS?
No, discounts and promo codes may not be stacked or combined. Other promotional offers will be disabled until the sale ends, but available for use after. Store credit codes will remain active for use on any item throughout the sale.
